When you request a quote or send us a message, we collect what you enter, such as:

- Your move or delivery date, pickup and destination addresses
- Your inventory, stairs and access details, the services you choose and any notes
Our website host, Squarespace, may also collect standard technical information, such as your browser, device and the pages you visit, and may use cookies to run the site and measure traffic.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, prepare and send your estimate, schedule and complete your move, send invoices, receive payment and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Squarespace for our website, forms and invoicing, and the payment processor that handles card payments. Card details are handled by the payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests, estimates and invoices for as long as we need them for your move and for our business and tax records.
